# Our Values

We have three core values guiding our day-to-day work:

* **Community**
* **Fun-First**
* **Quirkiness**

## Community

At **Rogues**, we are a community-driven and inclusive organization. Players have a voice in shaping what we build and how we build it. Our community is open to all, celebrating diversity and welcoming people of all experience and level, whether seasoned gamers, web3 newcomers, or anyone in-between. Rogues is here to guide, support, and uplift everyone on their journey.

## **Fun-First**

We believe fun should always come first. While others may prioritize financial incentives in play-to-earn models, at Rogues, we focus on creating enjoyable and engaging gameplay. Our games are designed to spark joy and excitement, keeping the player experience at the center of what we do.

## **Quirkiness**

We thrive on innovation and celebrate the unconventional. Our games reflect our passion for breaking the mold, embracing difference, and pushing boundaries. At Rogues, we value creativity in game design and believe the most exciting experiences come from thinking outside the box.

The Rogues gaming ecosystem welcomes the underdog adventurers. \
There’s a Rogue in all of us, and together, we rise.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.rogues.studio/world-of-rogues/our-values.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
